Vocabulary
Field — information block which forms a record. Field consists of title and value. Value can contain text, date or image data.
For example:
Name: John Doe;
Birthday: 5.15.1980.
In this example "Name" and "Birthday" are field's titles, but "John Doe" and "5.15.1980" are text and date values of these fields.
Service field — this is a require field for each record and it can't be deleted from record.
There are only 4 service fields:
name, contact information, work and photo.
Record — is a set of all fields of one person or company.
Each record consists of 4 require fields:
name, contact information, work and photo.
These fields are added when record is created and they could be remove only when the whole record is deleted.
Note — is a text field, consists of any information about the record.
Reminder — information about contact which is should to be reminded at a specific date.
Reminders can be one-time, which is mean to be linked to the specific date (for example 12.23.2012) or regular (for example birthdays, annual reports etc.)
